Hey guys.
I've been having a problem lately. I'm constantly hungry throughout the day. I think it might be because of low blood sugar, and I've just realized that that may be because of my breakfast. Everyday, my breakfast is strawberries, blueberries, a cut up banana; all topped with a little probiotic yogurt. Could the high sugar content of this breakfast be causing a quick high in my blood sugar, then making it dip very low? Is a protein-rich breakfast the best choice? What suggestions do you guys have for blood sugar stabilizing, metabolism-boosting breakfasts?
