Sport Best Breakfast?

Sport Fitness
Hey guys.

I've been having a problem lately. I'm constantly hungry throughout the day. I think it might be because of low blood sugar, and I've just realized that that may be because of my breakfast. Everyday, my breakfast is strawberries, blueberries, a cut up banana; all topped with a little probiotic yogurt. Could the high sugar content of this breakfast be causing a quick high in my blood sugar, then making it dip very low? Is a protein-rich breakfast the best choice? What suggestions do you guys have for blood sugar stabilizing, metabolism-boosting breakfasts?

Too much sugar and not enough protein. You can have that, but add a protein source as well.

Your blood sugar is rising fast and then dropping low even faster. That causes you to be hungry soon thereafter.

I eat oatmeal and egg whites for breakfast. Sometimes I eat toasted hemp bread and peanut butter.

Would it be okay to eat Kashi GoLean cereal, topped with strawberries and blueberries, with some orange juice? Also, I drink soy milk, not cow's milk.

Kashi GoLean ROCKS! Top it with some fruit and you're doing great! OJ is not my favorite though... too much sugar for what it's worth. I'd rather get sugar from whole fruits like the berries.
