Best Brand of Creatine?

Hey, I'm in the market for some creatine and I was wondering if you guys had any ideas for which product to buy. Also I was wondering if someone could tell me what is best to mix with the creatine.

any brand will work....its like buying champainge you want a 100$ bottle or the 15$ bottle ...the difference is the quality...but it will alll give you the same effect...just different intensity...

Look for creatine monohydrate with creapure on it. You don't need overly expensive creatine powders that claim to shuttle the creatine better to your muscles.

If you want an insulin spike just buy some dextrose or corn sugar. The extra costs that companies put on for such creatines is a rip off.

ALN is a good company. The nitrean would be in my house now if it wasn't for the shipping fees. Its a protein blend IE Whey, egg and casien much better then just Whey for general health and fitness.

Any product that boasts of its 'NO2/Nitrous Oxide' benefits is over-hyped and always over priced :)

and CG3 sounds like a reference to creatine ethyl ester...one of those spendy creatine's that hasn't been proven to be any better than the good old monohydrate we know and love.

...Ok i had to look up Xyience NOX-CG3 - wow...what a bunch of marketing crap. they used CEE, buffered creatine, and creatine malate!
NONE OF THESE HAS BEEN RESEARCHED AND PROVEN TO BE ANY BETTER THAN CREATINE MONOHYDRATE.
and 400g of the stuff is more than twice the price of 500g of monohydrate from AtLarge!!

Whatever you people are smoking, I want some, because it must be good **** if it convinces you to pay these kinds of prices.

I like kry alkaline. You dont have to take as much and you get the same end result.

but it costs almost 3x as much.
and it's unproven to be more effective than monohydrate

AND...they claim 1g of kre-alkalyn equals 10g of monohydrate. Yet their serving size is 1.5g, 2x a day...so, 30g equivalent of monohydrate is needed for Kre-alkalyn to be effective?

*cough cough* scam! *cough* rip-off! *cough cough*

:)

Actually, i have kre-alkalyn also and it says to take 1-2 pills twice a day. So really you only need 2 a day, which is supposed to be about 15 grams a day. BUT if you buy the 240 pill bottle it's only around $30, and should last you around 120 days. So really, it's not a rip off. It's lasted me way longer than the prolab creatine i used to have, and they were the same price.

i use bodyfortress creatine monohydrate powder in 12 week cycles. it has helped me gain over 50lbs of lean mass in 7 months, along with a good diet/hard training combination tho

500g of creapure processed Creatine Monohydrate should run $15. 5g a day, that's 100days. So about 60% cheaper than Kre-alkalyn.

kry alkaline is expencive but it works.Pluss i dont like gorgeing myself on supplements. But who knows witch one is the best. ive tryed lots of bs but this one works for me.Just listen to your body everyones diffrent.(try em all)

Yeah i guess you're right malkore, but i figure, if you have the money, why not try it for yourself? That's what i like to do, especially since everyone reacts different to different things. So i figure i'll experiment with different supplements myself.
