Hi, I am looking to put on some serious muscle and would like to know if I can do that only by body weight workouts. I am a regular 21 year old guy, with a skinny build weighing around 60 kilos and body fat around 6% with a height of 5'10". Can anyone let please let me know the best bodyweight workouts that I can follow to build muscle. Any help and suggestion would be helpful. Thanks in advance!!!!
