Onlyonetruelove said:I would say jogging running or hiking are all great cardio exercises i lost about 30 pds in a month in a half from running everyday about a mile than gradually you can move up to two to three miles a day you'll feel great i also added pilates in if i wanted to take a day off from running!!!!
Beth76 said:Those all sound like great routines. However you may want to take it easy on those knee joints if your knees bother you like mine do. I used to run a lot and I loved it, but I had to back off due to the wear on my joints. I hope that doesn't happen to you! Just remember to keep your workout fun! Make it something that you look forward to doing and watch the pounds melt away.
