Im 19 and used to weigh 142 about 3 months ago when I started working out in a strict program, I now weigh 154ish, Im happy with the results, but I want more! Ive used numerous weight gainers, different kinds of protiens, and a few things of creatine. Id like to get up to around 175, I know its not just goin to happen over night but what is my best bang for the buck when I walk into GNC? Thanks guys, Kerry
