Here are some basic points of eating Breakfast :

1. Get the body requirement of nutrients.

2. We will eat less later through out the day.

3. Eating healthy breakfast helps lower cholesterol level.

4. Gives us energy and concentration during work, making you less sluggish.
It helps you in controlling weight.

5. Keeping cholesterol level down will keep our heart healthy and keep us pumping for longer time.

So, make sure you don’t skip breakfast, and eat it correctly!

Water makes up a good percentage of the body's cell units. Water plays an important role in the proper functioning of all organs and body parts.
 
If anyone has discovered a better all-round breakfast than Scottish oatmeal porridge I have yet to hear of it.

Just oats, water, and bring to a simmer.

The coarser the oats the longer to cook, pinhead oats can easily be done in a microwave. I make my porridge quite thick, then douse with a splash (couple of tablespoons) of semi-skimmed milk and stir that in. Unbelievably tasty, filling, energy-providing, and healthy.


Second-favourite breakfast is bacon, eggs (some fried, some scrambled with butter), baked beans, mushrooms, tomatoes, link sausage, square sausage, blood pudding, white pudding, all lavished with tomato ketchup, sides of fried bread, toast, a sugary latte, followed by more toast, marmalade and another sugary latte. Yum Yum!!
