i've had the kathy smith belly dance workout for a while and used it a bit in the beginning -- but i've moved since and dont have much room in my bedroom- i need to dust if off again and use it.
I actually liked it because it gave a good abs workout - I was very athletic in high school and college - and even then i couldn't do a crunch - -i still can't -- so this gives me a standing ab workout.. and it's cool because shoes are optional
