Beginning my wieght loss journey!

Hi everyone! I am a 19yo female 5'7 currently weighing 71kgs. My goal is to weigh 60kgs (or even 58 if I can!) by mid December this year. Im very good with my diet aside from I tend to over eat at night just before I go to sleep. I suffer from chronic fatigue and am not able to do a lot of exercise because of this. Can anyone give me any tips or advice on how to reach my goal? Thanks :)

I would suggest starting a thread in the diary section, try to provide info about your calories and what you are eating.
