Since no one has had a bite of the cherry, here are a few questions :-

- are you trying to bulk, cut or maintain?
- do you have the calories with each meal
- what is your maintenance level.

Thank you, I'm trying to bulk up and I'm getting there slowly and I could have more calories per a meal,
What do you mean by maintenance level ?

Its so hard trying to eat so much meat/protein. I work out like 4x a week and lift heavy. I find the diet the hardest bit :S

Are you telling me you've never dug into an 8oz or 10oz steak and finished it in one sitting and then gone on to devour a baked potato dripping with high fat sour cream? Don't forget the veggies!!! Broccoli, kale, spinach and chard go well with red meat ;)

Bison is good, too. Very low fat protein source. Any wild game is better than the packaged crap at Safeway. Try to find a local butcher ...

What about grilling or steaming a small rainbow trout and eating the whole thing? How about a couple of sockeye salmon fillets drenched in lemon butter? If you don't want the butter, use something else.

Or how about roasting a chicken with some fresh rosemary?

Hey, protein is so EASY to eat. I probably eat too much protein ...

[Focus], i hope you are not trying to increase your post count, there's always the 1 to 10,000,000 thread. :)

short version: tribal, i hope you are not trying to increase your post count, there's always the 1 to 10,000,000 thread. :)

long version: making a comment that agrees with other comments is not post whoring. Unless you're saying that every thread that has had more than two unique repliers has been the victim of post whores? In which case, you would be wrong, and be evidencing bias, as you did not apparently feel the need to "criticize" anyone else.

Also, no there isn't a 1 to 10,000,000 thread. Nor was there ever one. And is there some reason you couldn't have expressed your "thought" through a private message? I put it to you that the only post whoring done here was yours, just now. Recommend: finding a better hobby.

Yeah, as they said, MORE protein. But since I don't think anyone mentioned it, I don't really see hardly any fat. Get some fats in there...nuts, peanut butter is loved by many, fish oil, flax oil, olive oil.

You gotta crunch some numbers. Too many people either eat wayyy less than they think and hence make no gains, or eat wayyy too much and make lots of gain, just with a hefty side of blubber gain.

And to that end...

Obviously, if you want to shed fat, you subtract calories instead of adding. Calculator can do all the work for you, if you like. Take the number it spits out, multiply it by .8 and BAM - you now know how much to eat. Don't know what to eat? Well:
