Sport Beginner diet?

Sport Fitness
I'm just starting to work out now, and I know I need a better diet than what I have right now. I don't eat unhealthy foods really, I only have maybe one pop a month along with some junk food (sleepover food), but I don't eat specifically healthy either. My sister just came back from college and I get to use her minifridge so I'm going to only eat from that minifridge and I'm only going to put healthy foods into it. The problem is, I'm not sure exactly what to put in... I mean, I'm not sure what percentages of different types of foods I need. I'm 15, male, 130lbs, 5'6", not very athletic but I'm not fat at all. Anyways all I have to train with are these two 11lb dumbbells, which I'm going to be using for all-over exercise, not just my arms/shoulders. So... any tips on the amounts of food I should eat? Oh and if it matters, I'm not used to eating designated meals, I just snack whenever I'm hungry. Thanks!!!!

Sorry if this thread is annoying and repetetive, but I wasn't sure I could get an accurate answer without it being specific to me.
