I have been running on an olyptical for about a week and a half now just so I can start getting use to exercise which I never did before. Now I am going to start doing P90X and you are required to follow a Nutrition guide to meat the results which I want so badly. But when I look at the foods they are recommending I know I do not like almost all the stuff, I hate vegetables which I know are important but I decided on Drinking Diet V8 for that. What I weigh right now is 230 LB's I'm 15 and i think my height is 5'9 but I'm not sure. Some of this stuff I cannot follow on the guide because of school. Can anyone give a picky eater some advice? Thank you!
