HEllooo, New to this site But I have a question
I'm 17 years old, weigh 63 kg and I'm 170 cm tall. Not too long ago I started running 30/45 minutes every morning before school and cut the crap out of my diet ( white bread, I drink more water etc ).
Now my question is, since I wanna step up my workout and progress ( I feel that I wanna work out more ), what exactly there is I can do on my own? any exercises, crunches, situps, and in that case, how many for a good and fairly rapid progress.
I want this to hold as well Don't wanna explode with exercise cus I'm motivated, and then just get tired of it and completely stop. So I'm holding myself down xD Any advice what so ever is Highly appreciated
