Before Hockey Workout

Hi, I need someone to help me built a small, effective workout to use before a hockey game. When I mean small I mean by no longer then 35-40 minutes and nothing that is to hard and will make me tired for the game.
I will be using the routine about 3-4 hours before the game depanding on what time I play at.
If anyone could help me that would be greatly appreciated
 
i play ball so, before that we (the team) do a couple laps of the court and drills. so i guess if your not doing stuff with your team before games, do agility drills and stuff to get your reactions up and whatever so your set for the game

I recommend limiting pre-game activity to light to moderate cardio and stretching beginning no sooner than 40-60 minutes before competition.

Any specific reason you want a routine so early before your games?
 
I go to the gym after school and by the time I get there it's about 3pm and we usually don't play till anytime between 6-9pm. Going right after school is just easier for me then to drive to the gym right before hockey
