I am, and I know this is the source of my obesity in the firt place. Even now sometimes I will go and have a binge even though im trying my best to stick with this eating plan as much as possible... although given i get a lot fuller quicker these days....i used to be able to eat 6 donuts - now its two and then lick the icing off the rest :(

Im wondering how i am gogin to go after i have finished refeed, to combat this binge eating in order npot to regain the weight. Is anyone else in the same boat as me? or is it just me?

I tend to be when I'm hormonal or stressed. But one of the things I've found wtih this diet is that it does tend to even out the hormones, so I don't get those sugar cravings as much.
I think I will always have to be careful about what I eat, and remember that one binge doesn't mean I throw caution to the wind for the next week. I will need to watch what I eat for a few days after a binge. and like you, my binges are much smaller than what they used to be.
Something I've also found helped before I went on Cohens was to eat what I'm really craving for straight away, rather than trying healthy options first. So, if I'm really craving chocolate, I have a small amount, rather than eating crispbread, then fruit, then left over potato, then nuts, then etc etc etc, and finally after clearing out the fridge finding some chocolate and being satisfied.

I used to as well under times of stress or pmt. I find that Cohen's has really controlled my cravings and having to follow such a regimented programme works really well for me. I have had no bingeing episodes so far [touch wood] but I have been stressed enough at times that i would have except i chew frantically on gum and drink my water - it's a much better substitute.

Oh Yes!
I find it is more a boredom thing. It hits me in the evenings, especially those nights my hubby is at work. I get the munchies, then once I start, I can't stop. It is something I am still really struggling with at the moment.

Its so nice to know Im not alone in struggling with bingeing. for me my bingeing is totally emotional - I dont get cravings for particular foods much but rather when upset or triggered i will just want to stuff my face. Something im trying to get help for at the moment, because its obviosu there are underlying issues.

Weight issues SUCK!!!!

I am a pretty bad binge eater! I've fallen off the wagon because of it. Will try to stick to Cohen's and will see how the awful binging cravings go.
