This thread is for those of you who... like myself have a difficult time sticking with it. Sometimes its motivational to see others doing it. Post your before picture here and come back in 4 weeks with an updated one. Then, 4 weeks later, another one. And so on and so on. Baby steps, 4 weeks at a time. The general rule of thumb is to do 8 weeks if your just starting, then take a week off. Then do another 4. Then take 1-2 weeks off but no more. Then, do a full 12 week cycle and then take another 1-2 weeks off. If you repeat this process, you will have success. Anyhow... here I am starting off this thread and i have no "before" pics to post. Sad. I will update very soon and do it. Any other takers? Remember, no matter what... any activity is good activity. Take up the challenge.

Okay, dug out some pictues from last year... The ones shown pretty much tell the tale. They show me at 175lbs but im down 15 from that. I dont look much different really. The measurements are as of right now. Im 38 1/2 years of age and for those of you in my age group... you all know, it just dont get any easier does it? lol
