I'm new to this forum, and have been working out for a long time, I started weight training about 52 years ago, mostly on, but I did skip a few years. Now retired, I have more time to do stuff, like continue weight training, even at 77.9 years old, muscles still have memory, maybe not the same power I once had, but certain routines I still use some decent weight. I try to stay active aerobically, bicycle riding, some trikking, and a Me-Mover that I mentioned in another part of the forum. I got this thing because I have a bad shoulder, and trikking aggravated it. The Me-Mover kicks butt, I just came back from a 13 mile ride in the wind, a killer leg workout that keeps your heart rate high. I lost 25 lbs. without doing much of anything different, other than knocking off some sugar products. My longest ride on this machine was 19 miles, doesn't sound like much, but it's 40% harder to propel than a bicycle, and climbing inclines will require some serious effort. Anyway I'm wondering if there any other crazies out there at or near my age that are still physically active.
