Becoming Ripped again to Model.

I've been on a roller coaster of cutting/bulking. the lowest i was is 135 the most was is 156, since this summer. i always seem to quit bulking when i get to 155lb area. so now im saying fnck it, i want to model before i get sent off to marine's basic training (june 4th 2007). in my last bulk i wasnt keeping a clean diet, so i gained some noticable bf%. i gained some muscle mass in the abs though, so i think they'll come out moyy sexi :p


anywhoo lets get down to business, i started yesterday in my cutting ran 3 miles in the morning; sprinting the last lap.

today i ran 3.25 miles sprinting the last 2 laps. when i get home from school ill be hitting the gym workin' on biceps/back/abs

i want to build up to run 8 miles a day. which in relativaty if i increase my run by a mile each week ill get there in 4-5 weeks. there for by december i will be ready to model.

am running 5 days a week
pm weight training 4-5 days a week



im going to buy a new camera whenever i save up the money, so that i can track my loses :p

ill keep yall updated/a journal for thyself.

Assuming those are your abs in your avatar, it looks like you're in "model" shape already... unless you've been ending your 3 mile runs with face-plants into the pavement
 
156 is a lot for me :-s

i have never been timed on the 3 miles but starting friday ill keep a stopwatch on me.

thanks skian, yeah that was me 10 lbs lighter. i def dont face plant after 3 miles hehe
 
last night was s0o much fun.. haha me and my future marine buddy dressed in BDUs and bought ourselves some paintball guns, hid in the bushes shot some 16/17 y/os and sprinted off across the street onto the elevated ground/bushes. we waited for some people to come by and the people we shot at 1st came by again, we were invisible to them.. we opened fire once more and two of them was like YOU MOFOs IM GONNA KICK YOU F***ING @SS! and started sprinting to we were, so we sprinted for a good 200 yards went back threw the bushes crossed the street went into the other bushes they were right infront of us they couldnt see us we blended right into the trees/ bushes im suprised they didnt hear me hyperventalating, must of been cuz of the adrenaline rush haha, i never sweat that much since that one day i had the house to myself and my gf came over lol. we ran off again and called my firend and told him to pick us up. cuz the people were in cars looking for us :p we put the guns in his car took our top part of our BDUs then we wlked right next to them back into the car, and dipped out of there.

today was kind of tired when i woke up but i ran 3 miles again, im ready to move up to 4 my feet arent but i am (very blistered alredy i ran withought socks on tusday) afterwards i did some abs. afterschool im gonna do biceps/back.

juist go high fluids/ cut fat / sugar / excess graions / stack liquid proteins and go solubule produce / lemon juice / protein shakes / up your enduro bw and cardio/ pick up a callesthenic hr daily min / stretch more / / do a laxative-fibre supplement / try on 1 piece of wholemeal bread a day for your grainy carb / snack on no fat cheese /rice crackers and tomatoe..inlclude hot chilli/lemonjuice and garlic / hot water /.. copiuoc milk / an effernescent vit b/c/ guarana ... and should be fine in around 4 weeks max.

About to dothe same myself for the same reason.

yesterday i ran 3 miles again, felt kinda sore yet energised soo i just pushed trough the pain.

anyways ive been feeling 2 tired to hit up the weights. :-s no energy/will. i seemed to be to focused on the runnin aspect.

anyways im eager to go buy new running shoes and perhaps some shorts XD perhaps some lypo 6 speed up the process a bit..

right now im doing some abb roller cuz i dont feel liek going to the gym and lifting weights like i should be doing.. none the less im sweating and i smeelll like poo ^_^

Yoooo fuel. I was excited to see your back in business lolz. I think I scared the gurl sitting next to me cuz i was pumped haha. Hope shes not reading this. Welp, neway first on your paintball story. That was some good shyt. haha. I will be the first one to tell you KEEP IT UP.

For your training, your getting your running up to 8 miles a day. Well just keep in mind the 10% rule. Increase by more than 10% each week you'll burnout. (exculding like the first week b.c. you'll increase 100% haha). I just ran 3 miles the other day. Soo, yeah its good to see someone else doing the same stuff. I don't think you'll make 4-5 weight training and 4-5 of running haha. That is an overload bro. Unless, you pay close attention to total volume and intensity. For running, I used to make my hard days as hard as possible and my easy days as easy as possible. Soo, maybe you can try alternating days of difficulty cause thats what makes you better. Ok, I better stop haha got lab in 10 mins. PeAcE
 
update.

i fncked up again.. :-/

i finished my 5 mile week. i would lift weights maybe 2 times a week. because i would be too tired/unmotivated i feel ashamed to be writting this. after the 5 mile week, i started partying a lot. getting drunk.. then doing some weed.. then my friends convinced me to try X. this weekend i was on x again and i hadnt slept in 48 hours yet i was wide awake s0o i figured it must of been laced with coke. and within this time im not eating because im not hungry/ unable to eat.. it was saturday night, and i had smoked way to much weed and had just got done puking all over the place, i was passed out in the bathroom, didnt know where i was. the next day i decided to quit everythin for good. im just going to focuse on working out from now on.(now i know how much my body can be pushed, when i feel like its my last lap i'll know it wont kill me) i dont even want to associate myself with those people. but im on the right track now. i need me some multivitamins and some whey protein. coke works wonders for losing weight though.. haha im ripped :-s

i feel so weak in the gym though. but it feels great to be back! my running is terible now i have a weasing/cough in my throat. gahhh.

i sorta feel reborn again.

for my running.. il leave 2 days a week for running 2-3 miles

If you love it or if you are doing it for cardiovascular conditioning, great. Other than that, people are ignorant who run for miles on top of miles with the primary objective being fat loss.
 
Dont worry he knows where he is going and how to get there after all he was Mr. Abs worldfitness 2005 ahhhhhhh the olden days
