Please read my welcome topic for my stats.

Goal by 1st April - 117

I wish i didn't have to start off the first entry with a bad one!!

Intake today:

Toast - 100
sandwich - 250
milkshake - 250
crisps (eww) - 100
sweets - 200
snacks - 100
riveta - 100

Total: 1100

I'd hoped to stay under 1000... but i'll try do better tmoro, even though i am making a flan in food technology ^^

I don't think you shouldn't be eating under 1000 cals a day... I'm sorry I've forgotten your height and that but if you eat tooo little you can actually put your body into starvation mode and it will slow your metabolism entirely. But you've had a good day - what kind of exercises do you do?
 
Just out of curiosity... how tall are you? I wish I could be those weights again too... here's one thing I'm sure you'll hear a lot of from this site (I know from personal exerience!)... going under 1200 calories only slows down your metabolism and makes your body really keep every calorie it gets because it doesn't know when the next meal is coming. I'm having that problem now. I am Anorexic, but I am a normal weight now due to "treatment"... I can't lose weight for anything:( It's a result of me mistreating my body for so many years.
