Sport Beat the stress with nutrition

Many more person stress and food go hand-in-hand. Food or its relative stuff can give us the feelings of power,emotions,control and satisfaction that we all need in stressful situations. They give us surprise that when we suffer from stress levels go up our resistance to comfort foods goes down.A lot of food stuff control our stress hormones and can lead to insomnia affecting our body's ability to handle stress.
 
I did some research to see if there are certain foods that are supposed to decrease stress,found that these are a few of them:

Fish
Broccoli
Almonds
Whole-grain rice or pasta
Sushi
Milk
Cantaloupe
Cottage cheese
Beef
Blueberries

I'm definitely going to make a conscious effort to start incorporating them in my everyday diet. :)
 
beef.. so you mean hamburgers!? lol just kidding. I'm just wondering if how many calories does Almonds and Cottage Cheese have? Aren't they quite high?
