Bea's food + exercise journal

So as of now I'm approximately 5'9" and 150. This may not seem like a lot, but most of my weight seems to be staying in my belly, my butt, and my legs. So I must go down!!!

My mother has given me a diet plan (she keeps going on about how fat I am 24/7), which excludes pizza, fries, or anything of the kind from my diet (I'm ok with that, it will also help clear my face) but which also excludes bread, and most whole grains, since apparently that's what makes the people in my family gain the most weight. So lately I have been down to orange juice, coffee, smoothies, yoghurts, peaches, and baby carrots. But since I've always been allowed to eat as much as I wanted, now I'm hungry all the time... But I'll get over it, won't I?

I'm not in any kind of gym, so I plan on going down to the basement every day and dance to some metal music for around 45 minutes. Of course the dancing will be more like kick-boxing or something of the kind because I can't dance, but hey, I will be moving around!

Of course, I've got no acess to money, so any DVDs or exercise websites that I have to pay for are off the question. But if anyone knows of free things like those, I will be forever thankful!

Bea,
You shouldn't be hungry all the time. If you're hungry your body is going to go into starvation mode and store fat which is the opposite of what you need. You need to have a talk with your mom...excluding whole grains from your diet is not a good idea. You should also be eating lean protein.

For exercises you can walk/run, do pushups, ab exercises, lunges with your bodyweight, squats with your bodyweight, etc.

I know this is short so let me know if you need anything else...
