Basketball player looking for help,guidence,advice.

im a 6, 6'1" girl ball player. way over weight. im looking for some help for after season. i need help with meal planning and i have the training down with no problems at all. i know im supost to eat like 9 or 10 times a day. i was wondering what i should eat and all the info that goes with it.

anyone know how much a 6',6'1" girl should weigh?

Google BMR calculator and thats how many calories you will need to maintaine your weight. Subtract 500 calories from that a day and you can burn 1lb a week. There is 3,500 calories in a lb of fat. Exercise and minus 500 cals a day and you may be able to burn close to a lb every 2 days. A client of mine is on that regimine and he's burning around .8 lbs EVERY DAY.

Also google BMI and you will find out if you are over weight according to your height

just to say i want to lose fat, more so than weight, if that makes a dif. or not. it not a weight thing its a fat thing. cuz i think i put i want to lose weight instead of saying i want to lose fat. if that makes any sence.

would being insulin defecient change anything? and what exacly is insulin defencientcy? does your body produce less than needed or does it supply it to the wrong area/cells? anyone know??
i am and i have no clue.
