hiya ive gotta go all out now ive gained half a stone in 2 weeks and well i dont wanna gain any more i want to lose it so what im looking for is a basic work out. at the moment only walk most days 20 minutes to work and 20 minute home from work. im looking for something thats say 10-15mins in the morning and then perhaps something thats 30 mins in the evening and to work on this untill i feel i can do more. i also intend to go to water aerobics once a week which may become twice a week if i can afford it.
