Barbell workout routine for beginner

Hi all, Im writing to see if anyone here has a workout routine for myself. I am a beginner and only have access to a barbell with changeable weights and a treadmill. What Im looking for is a 3 day per week workout routine and all the information necessary eg: how many sets, how many reps, etc. Just some info that may be reuired. I am 31 years old, 180cm in height and weigh 68 kgs and Im pretty active, Thanks so much and look foward to your replies.
 
any particular goal you had in mind? A barbell is a pretty versatile tool, and can be used for just about anything. Sets, rep, and exercises will all depend on what you're trying to accomplish.

Is this an olympic barbell? standard barbell? how much weight do you have, and in what increments?
 
I'm interested too. No barbell yet, but I'd like to focus on core strength, not bulk. I've been doing only body weight training/cardio for about 1 1/2 months with pretty good results.

Any help/opinions/ideas would be great. I'm 5'9 160 with a regular build.
