Well, yes if you're going to run for performance. It helps with cramps and things. If you're running to loose fat I suggest not to eat anything.

yeah it says at the botom of teh article that its actualy very helpful if your trying to lose weight... i need to "Go Bananas" lol. thanks dudes

I have seen many having it after their workouts, so do I.... I take it with my protein. it tastes good to me when I blend it..

xtacy that's a good time to have one, fruits should be kept in moderation for most people when trying to get lean.

For fat loss the fllowing fruits is a Absoluty NO No NO!!!!

1) Coconuts

4)Bananna

My fitness Trainer side beacuse it is a very very sweet fruit. It turns into suger fast and then in to Fat!!! So that why It good not to eat those fruits!

Bananas as well as some other fruits have a high glycemic index (that means they tend to cause a spike in blood sugar levels when eaten by themselves), which tends to cause your body to store fat. If your blood sugar level is low (like after a hard exercise session) raising your blood sugar level may not be a bad thing, but it might be better to eat something with a low glycemic index with it to keep the blood sugar level more consistant and prevent any fat storing tendencies.
