Hi, I'm taking everyone's advice and starting a diary... so here goes!!

A little history -- I've always struggled with my weight.. and I've lost weight several times in the past. In 2002, I started out at 211 on Jan 1 and was 145 by Sept 15. That lasted about 6 months and I started gaining it back slowly but surely.

That brings us to 3 weeks ago. I weighed in at 221. Today I'm 211.2. I'm on the downhill slide again, thank God. I'm determined to get back down to 145 and KEEP IT OFF. Of course, I said the same thing last time.. but I MEAN IT this time.. LOL

I'm trying to eat about 1200 calories a day, and I'm doing cardio 45 minutes, 5 days a week. Also, I'm doing weight training 5 days a week.

Sound like you know how to loose you, obviously you've done it before. Hopefully it go just as well as last time. Anyway Good luck:) And keep us posted on how your doing
 
I know what it's like to go back and forth like that it's so hard and discouraging but you are on the right track now and you have lots of people cheering for you. No matter what don't give up, it's ok to make mistakes along the way, losing 75 some odd pounds it a long ways away so remember you still have to live, just live smart :D Small goals are your friend a few pounds at a time and you'll be there before you know it.

Way to go! I don't think I can lose that much weight as easily as it seems like you can. Looks like your challenge is really keeping it off. We'll be supporting you all the way.
