Sport Baked potato Chips

Sport Fitness
Are these okay in moderation? I eat Baked Lays every once and a while for lunch with my sandwich.

I lift regularly (4 times a week) and my fitness goal is to stay lean and muscular.

On another note, are turkey sandwiches good for you? I work full time so it's hard to avoid having a sandwich for lunch.

if i were you, i'd stay away from the lays potato chip it lol, its junk food ><

yes turkey sandwiches are great for u, high in protein , imo, i order avocado and turkey sandwich from this restaurant all the time. yummy on whole wheat bread.

just make sure the turkey isn't fried or anything like that. lol, fresh turkey meat is the best

i'd go very light on the chips, maybe once a week...as a cheat food.

I'm not a fan of bread. even whole grain bread is highly processed and has a higher GI and Insulin Index than veggies or whole grains like brown rice or oatmeal.

talking about bread, has anyone heard of Ezeekial bread? (I don't know how to spell it.) I was told that it is good for you but it takes a little bit to get used to it. Sorry TCUfrog1 for interrupting your thread. Hope you don't mind.
