S SkianS40 0 Dec 13, 2006 #3 I'm assuming you mean healthy?? Their's a lot of sugar in baked beans, so i would go with "bad". but they're delicious... which makes them "good".

Thanks Yep - most baked beans have fairly high levels of sugar, although Heinz now do a low sugar/low salt version which tastes just as good. The beans used are Navy beans which are high in protein and fibre and low in fat/calories. WHFoods: Navy beans I just like them as they are a quick and filling an stop me from snacking on other stuff.

H HIIT4life 0 Dec 14, 2006 #7 I would say good as long as you don't eat too much of it. Great fiber source.

M MarkMyWords 2 Dec 15, 2006 #10 I voted good, I think the high sugar is worth it for the high protein and high fiber. If I eat em, I'll have em early on in the day, and stay active to burn off the sugar...
