Sport baguettes

Sport Fitness
Hello every1! i go to a place called Greggs (england) and they sell baguettes. iv been eatin baguettes from tehre for lunch and another just after my lecture which is approximatly 2-3 hours after my lunch (baguette is called turkey bit and as u may of guessed, contains turkey and salad). I basically try to never let myself go hungry and at the same time not stuffing myself. o and i drink plenty of water. i am trying to get a body similar to ryan reynolds (blade trinity). heres a link for the peeps that dont know him
I am doing plenty of weights to get the muscle definition and am doing alot of running to get my abs to a good level. I believe i have a good regime in terms of exercise. However i know that diet is EXTREMLY important so I was wondering if this baguette thing is a good idea? should i substitute it for something else? If so where can i buy it?
P.S is supplements really a good thing? i mean can i get a body like Ryan Reynolds with hard work without the supplementation ?
Thanks peeps

I think the baguettes should be fine as long as there are no high fat dressing of condiment(mayonnaise) on it. As far as building a body like Ryan Reynolds without supplements, absolutely. He is by no means huge, or extremely ripped. He looks like the average 'joe' who works out regularly and watches what he eats.

I"m not a fan of bread. Its refined flour, so it's lacking a lot of nutrients, as well as fiber.

Better than a Big Mac (or Royale w/ Cheese), but there are better options out there.

As far as supplments, sure you can do it if your diet is good. Supplements are just that...supplemental to your normal daily diet.
I do still recommend a daily multivitamin though.
