Bad Personal Trainers???

Hey everyone.

I'm writing an article for a consumer magazine about personal trainers, and I need to tell both sides of the story -- when they're good, they really motivate you and help you reach your goals -- but when they're bad, they don't keep you on track, you don't reach your goals, etc. I have a lot of stories about the good experiences people have had, but now I need some people to dish the dirt on their unfortunate experiences with PTs.

I'm looking for people who've had these kinds of experiences:
* Your trainer wasn't certified
* Your trainer didn't help you reach your goals
* Your trainer didn't make you feel motivated
* Your trainer gave you a routine that wasn't what you wanted
* Your trainer pushed you too hard/you got injured
* Your trainer didn't push you hard enough
* Your trainer tried to push supplements on you
* Your trainer prescribed an extreme/unhealthy diet
* Your trainer didn't help you learn the exercises so you could do them on your own eventually
* Your trainer didn't teach you anything new
* Your trainer over-charged you
* Your trainer was an egomaniac
* Your trainer hit on you/other people instead of training you

You get the idea...!

If you send me an email at alexajoy@sbcglobal.net then we can arrange a time to do an interview, or I'll send you questions by email.

Thanks in advance to anyone willing to share their stories with me!
