My boyfriend likes white bread the best for his sandwiches in his work lunch. Problem for me, is I like white bread like it's cake, and have been home during the day. It's been rainy and miserable and I'm totally bread munching for no reason.

I know it's a bad habit thing. SO, best thing I can think of is freeze his bread, pulling out only the slices as needed for him and hope that keeps it out of my mind.

Any habit breaking suggestions or similar struggles beat?

I'd love to know too

I need to break some bad habits too :)

Haha - step one, his white bread is staying in the freezer! no tasty treats on the counter to look at.
Plus I readied some carrots if I can't beat a desk munch. I think that's the real problem here. :)

The best thing to do is hide the bread. If for some reason you have to eat something what I do is I always have some cucumbers in the fridge. What I do is make a cucumber salad with lemon and tajin it taste so good and it will fill you up

I believe in the exact opposite. If you hide something you make it 'taboo' and therefore you are going to want it more. There is nothing wrong with one slice of white bread- you can easily eat it and lose all the weight you want- but if you hide it there is a likelihood that you will continue to crave it and eventually cave and binge.
I have an issue with portion sizes- which is how i got to 280lbs- but I doubt that having a serving of bread, even every day, would cause someone to not hit their goal weight.

Just my $.02

dont really give it too much attention
its all about giving it the right meaning, not too much meaning, dont make it bigi

try to put something else, that you do allow yourself
