Bad day at the gym today, 3 guys were sharing the squat rack for curls. People were taking my bench while I was still using it. blah blah. I couldnt' handle nearly as much weight as I normally could, which I blame on me having shaved my sideburns (I firmly believe my sideburns amde me stronger).
So, what can I do to make myself feel better?
