Bad Breasts?

Is it true that every female that loses a large amount of weight will end up with sagging unattractive breast?.....I'm concerced because right now I'm a 38 DD and Im not sure how small I'll get, but has anyone lost weight and had better looking breast...I thought if you lost weight your breast would look nicer....but I been reading and alot of it talks about sagging breast.....I'm scared :(

I don't know about that, I haven't heard either way...but IMO saggy breasts are a small price to pay for a healthier, leaner body. Heck, the bra is holding 'em up anyway, and if you loose as much as you want (as long as its in a healthy range) you'll look so good you (or he) won't notice the breasts because the attention will be spread all over. Just my 2 cents, but I say don't worry about.

No idea, but I have to say, scrolling down the index, and coming to your title made me giggle. Maybe it's 'cause I'm tired:rolleyes: "bad breasts" hee hee!

I would say that would happen only if you lost a LOT of weight in your breasts, just as in the rest of your body. But just losing a little shouldn't hurt.

With the title of the thread you know I had to stop by..... The only women I have seen have this problem are the ones that have had gastric bypass and lost weight too quickly. Breast tissue is almost all fat of a sorts and should absorb nicely as long as you don't lose too fast. If you look at female body builders your notice they almost have no breast to speak of and the skin is tight. Your skin has a certain amount of elasticity so if you lose weight a few pounds at a time it should have trouble keeping up......

if you do the correct excercise it should be ok
there is excerside for the bust but like hillbillylee said with the gastric you lose weight so quick some dont exercise to tone as they go
google it and you can get some excellent tips

I'm actually worried about this too.. I get really self conscious about my breasts because im a 40D. I do exercises to help my breasts similar to the 2nd exercise in this article >>
But the way I do it, is if you hold your arms out in front of you with your elbows bent just a bit, and you hold your own hands. Just interlock the fingers, and your palms should be open, so you can open and close them like a hinge. And then stand up straight and squeeze your hands together. Hope that I put it down clearly. lol i suck at instructions. I usually do it 2 reps of 10. I learned this from my aunts friend who is a belly dance instructor :)

Sorry for the late responce but thanks for all the imput :D....I also have a 40 D and found some chest exercises to do while I'm losing weight....and a couple of people said since I'm young that my breast should be fine...so I'm just hoping for the best breast :p.....and yes the title is quite funny but I couldn't think of anything better at the moment besides SAGGY BOOBS!? and I thought that to be a little more offensive :)

LOL, I think you should be more worried after you have kids. Mine were never the same after.

Good question u asked here... after losing wegiht it depand in your body type either what effect on breasts. People have differnt body types.as when they lose weight some time there is no effect on breasts. but if it happen... don't worry there are alot of brand creams and lotions available in market , u can choose good one.... but u must happy that that u have lose wieght.

Cheers. Jhon.

I have lost close to 50 lbs and unfortunately, my boobs look like deflated balloons...:( I've breastfed two kids and that may have something to do with it. I'm going to have a tummy tuck next year (saggy skin from two pregnancies and two c-sections) and will be adding a boob job to my to-do list. I don't want huge boobs, but I would like them to stand at attention again!! :D

Hmmm...well so far I have gained that if I haven't had children..my breast should be ok .....looking good, looking good....thanks :D
