I have returned. I haven't been on in like a week because I've been in crutches, and in a bad mood because of them. I decided today I was going to stop using them about a week early, and start lifting again, but no lower body for 2 weeks.

I ripped carteledge or something in my ankle.

How did I do this? I was late for class, so me and my friends took a shortcut through someones backyard, all went well till I was being an idiot, and forgot it was a 7 foot high fense. I jumped. And almost broke my leg. Thank god I didn't.

And running from the cops is a different situation.. going to school your just trying to be on time.. running from the cops you got a reason for running which forces you not to slow down nor' get caught, and you have adrenaline pumpin...
