I am 14 years old 115lbs and about 5 foot 5. I have a school trip that I am going on in about 2 months and would like to get a six pack before that any suggestions?
First, how much fat do you have covering up? How fast is your metabolism? Are you already in good atletic shape or are you rusty? Etc, etc. It all depends. Start doing a lot of cardio and a lot of sit-ups, v-ups, leg lifts, weighted crunches, etc.
Thanx thats great only 1 problem I don't really have acess to a gym. The closest thing to one is an Ab lounge my dad got a few weeks ago. any suggestions?
I've never used an Ab Lounge so I wouldn't know. You don't really need to go to a gym to use weights on your abs. Got a dumbell or two lying around?
You can also use partner exercises. The one I am thinking of is where you lay down and someone stands over you..around your shoulders/neck. You lift both legs up and the partner pushes them down. Repeat. This adds a bit more resistance. Good luck.
