Hi guys, well here I am starting a thread for August. You can choose any day that you wish as this month does start on a Friday. Named it after the fact that for many whether its for themselves or their dependents, this is either back to school or get ready for school month.

So I'm back at where I was almost 1 month ago (July 3) which is 75.4 Kg. ;_; I really need to stop with the yo-yo-ing.

August 1 goal: 75.4 Kg
August 8 goal: 74.4 Kg.
August 15 goal: 73.4 Kg.
August 22 goal: 72.4 Kg.
August 29 goal: 71.4 Kg.

If I get 1 Kg / week, then I'll be happy. i really want to be done with losing weight. :willy_nilly:

I'm back at 75.4 Kg today (- 0.6 from last week). I'm gonna have to work hard and hopefully I'll get as close as possible to my goal by the end of the month.

Didn't have the best week. A couple of 'whoops' days. Glad to see a bit of a drop and I think I'll have a better drop next week.

Injured myself trying to be Superwoman and trying to do T25 with a friend and just got my knee brace off. I think going forward I will stick to low impact like Zumba or maybe Fitness Blender. this month is a bust because to make myself feel better I ate when I wasn't downing the pain pills and ate some more because I started to retain fluid in my legs:angelsad2: but I'm not giving up, back to walking and what I'm used to, but one day, I WILL be able to complete one of Shaun T's programs:nopity:
