back problems

While running i have sharp back pains and its slow me down alot and i try too run throught it but sometimes cant i go to the dr. ever couple weeks and get it popped but is there anything i can do to stretch it or get rid of some pain???
 
Yes, I can recommend a couple things but if it doesn't work don't hold me to it. First, you can access yourself. Check if your body is in alignment in the mirror. Make sure your hips are nuetral. The rim of your shorts have to be in a straight line. Feel out your low back and abs. They may feel inflammed or tight. If it doesn't feel like your bicep, you may have a problem. From there you can determine what you need to do. Hot/cold contrast showers will really reduce inflammation. You may need to work low abs or do hyperextensions (always helpful even if you have pain). You may have other muscle imblances throwing you off such as stronger quads them hamstrings.

Less important things you can look into are: Muscle rubs and functional fatty acids may reduce inflammation. If you sleep flat on your back, it doesn't give your back a rest. A nuetral hip position will help with your back flat on the bed. Raise your legs with a few pillows. Small support under your neck and small support slightly above your low back (helps natural arch). Or just switch to sleeping on your side.
 
Yeah i have back problems my back its like 10 degree out of alignment or something and it looks like i have a hunchback kinda and i can only straighten in when i am laying down!!!! I was just wonder if i could strech it or something!!!!
