back pain...

ive been jogging for the last year and a half and never had any issue with pain or anything... untill yesterday... i jogged twice my normal amount ....
now my lower back hurts when i bend over... i do my regular stretches and didn't do anything out of the ordinary the day before...
Should i be worried?
Go to the doctor?
wait it out?

I'd say to wait it out for a few days, unless the pain is unbearable. The peak of muscle pain after a workout is 48 hours after the activity.
