Oops meant back on the horse!
So lost a lot of weight a few years ago and managed to keep it off for a few years. Due to stress and stuff I have managed to put all the weight back on.
I find that I don't have the motivation for some of the diets I went on to help me lose the weight e.g. protein only diets etc. The prospect of some sort of fad diet just seems really depressing. I plan to do this by calorie counting. At least that way I feel like I wont be putting restrictions on myself and creating a "good food/bad food" type mentality.
It also occurred to me that it would help to be part of a community for accountability and support. So that is why I am here.
