So I was doing so good on my diet and exercise plan and went from about 220 to 180. I got sick so I went off of my diet for about two weeks. Luckily my metabolism seems to be higher because I didn't gain anything back while eating bad and not exercising. I started back on my diet today and am 30lbs away from my goal. My sister in law is getting married in January and I want to be at 150lbs by her wedding. I think this is pretty achievable but I just have to stay motivated. I am back on a low carb diet and I do 30 min. on the elliptical everday along with lifting weights. Any advice is much appreciated.
