Does anyone have some good suggestions for back exercises. I work out at home and have the bowflex adjustable weights as well as a bench set. I know pullups are the best but I have those on my calistenics day so any weight exercises would help. I already do bent over rows and flys.
Also any suggestions on getting the outside of my bicep would help to.
