Hello all. Well, I started this program in April 2007 and lost 21 pounds the first month, but allowed myself to get sidetracked by personal problems. As if losing control of my diet and weight made me feel better about anything else!

Since then, I've managed to keep some of the weight off (as of this moment, I'm 3 pounds over my leaving Cohens weight). I had a hysterectomy in November 2007 and worried it would derail my weight, but it's stayed pretty steady. Now I'm ready to lose weight!

Since it's been awhile since I posted, here are my vitals... I'm a 33 year old mother of 3 in Texas. I work at home and homeschool the kids. I've been married almost 12 years. That was pretty rocky for a while, but things are much better now. yay! It's much easier to stick to plan with support. But I'm confidant this time that the real support comes from within and I'll be able to stick with it no matter what life throws at me. I'm a freelance writer and editor, but this diet has turned my brain to mush so forgive any typos and misspellings! :)

This is my 3rd day on the program. Wish me luck!

Hi BabyFatNoMore,
Welcome back. I'm sure you can do it. I'm also back for my second attempt at this and each week that passes reminds me how much I love being on this program.
Good luck

I am so excited to see you back in here I'm lost for words (well almost!) I'm in a bit of a hurry so just wanted to say a quick hi & I'll be back soon. You'll be back into the swing of it in no time I'm sure & you'll have that great positive Cohen's feeling anytime soon. xoxo Cate.

Thanks, RJM! It looks like you're doing great! Keep it up.

Cate, so good to see you again. You were always my inspiration here at the forum. You were great at the program and such a nice person, too. It looks like your life has been going well this past year. I'm happy for you!

Life is so weird! This is my fourth day on the program, I've been feeling good about the decision... and wouldn't you know it? I get an email from my boss offering me the food for a well-known diet program. I just have to write about it. Just two weeks ago this would have been great news. Now I'm so torn. On the one hand, I'm happy with my results on Cohens and thrilled to be eating real food. On the other, I feel obligated to take the food since it's my job and I had expressed interest a while back. Oh, what to do? What to do?

Yay! I finally have some energy. The first four days on the program, I felt kinda dizzy and drained and.... loopy, but today was much better. Yay! I can actually form semi-coherent thoughts today. Whoo hoo!

Hey, BFNM, how are you going? I was so happy to see you back but sorry to hear you have had a hard time. Please let us know how things are going. Thinking of you, xo Cate
