Hello all. Well, I started this program in April 2007 and lost 21 pounds the first month, but allowed myself to get sidetracked by personal problems. As if losing control of my diet and weight made me feel better about anything else!
Since then, I've managed to keep some of the weight off (as of this moment, I'm 3 pounds over my leaving Cohens weight). I had a hysterectomy in November 2007 and worried it would derail my weight, but it's stayed pretty steady. Now I'm ready to lose weight!
Since it's been awhile since I posted, here are my vitals... I'm a 33 year old mother of 3 in Texas. I work at home and homeschool the kids. I've been married almost 12 years. That was pretty rocky for a while, but things are much better now. yay! It's much easier to stick to plan with support. But I'm confidant this time that the real support comes from within and I'll be able to stick with it no matter what life throws at me. I'm a freelance writer and editor, but this diet has turned my brain to mush so forgive any typos and misspellings!
This is my 3rd day on the program. Wish me luck!
