Hey guys. I have this idea about an early morning workout challenge. I am curious to how many people workout in the morning on a fast (before you eat anything). I think this would be great if enough people were interested.

It will be something like having everyone post what they did and for how long every morning by a certain time. Let's say 9:00am or so.

Let me know who is interested and lets see if we could do this!!

If enough people are interested I will try and think of something creative!!
 
I'd like to try this... I haven't been doing anything for the last month, I got really sick, I was scared I was gonna get pneumonia so I stopped working out, and then as soon as I started feeling better we got a puppy ! so for a whole month I've been doing nothing... until today... and I am outta shape again ! daaarn... so yea ! I am up for any kinda challenge at the moment... an early morning one works for me... I need to start waking up earlier !! haha :)

Ok after getting some advice from Steve, It is not good to work out on an empty stomach. So for all of you out there make sure you eat something before your morning workout outs.

As soon as my son school bus pick-up.(6:30) :rolleyes: Im poping in the dvd walk(or jog) to lose with Leslie or going on stationary bike at least 20-30 min.On Mon. wed. and fridays I will weight train.:eek:
 
I want to try this! After I'm done with Spring Break, that is. I will check back in then!
