Most people have done these before but here's the gist of it.
You weigh once a week (choose whatever day you like best), and choose a goal for the end of the month.
Anyone can join at any time during the month!

July 31: 142.6
Aug 7: 145 (+2.4) :(
Aug 14: 143.8 (-1.2)
Aug 21: 140.4 (-3.4)
Aug 28: 141.2 (+0.8)

Goal weight is going to be 138. Not trying for a big loss, but haven't met my last few weigh in challenges so wanting to make a reachable goal.

I am in. I want to do a 60 day challenge and I could easily post my weight here as well. Weighing will be next Tuesday.
I will post my challenge as well. maybe you would like to join me.

Having a bit of a tough time eating wise lately. If I could get that on track a good bit of water weight would drop off and I think I could at least come close to making my goal, I just gotta do it.

I hit the scale in the morning: I Need to loose 5 Kilos from now. So, let's do this...
I see, that you will post your weight on the 14th of August. I will do the same, if you want.

tomorrow the scale has to give you a positive result. I know this. Be strong today :)) Everything counts
 
so, my scale told me I lost 300 gr. Yesterday it was 700 gr :(
However, I know there are these swings in the weight. As long as it goes down I am happy.
How is your result?

Not quite as big of a drop as I was hoping. Still I think got some water weight hanging on, but at least it's going in the right direction. If I see the 130's at all this month I'll be happy.

Big drop this week, but I was very ill yesterday and only ate some crackers and 7-up. I'm hoping it's semi truthful, maybe just got rid of all the water weight I had stuck to me, but I'm not gonna be surprised by little to no loss next week, or even a small gain.

A bit of an up and down month. Gonna try to be better with my food next month.
