I know a good deal about fitness and nutrition, but I surely am special when it comes to computers!

I have a picture saved on my computer, and it seems to be a smaller file than the max size allowed. When I go to edit my avatar, I upload it from my computer, and when I hit save these changes, it says the file failed to load.

Any suggestions. I first tried to put my picture on webshots then copy and paste the web address of the picture, but it would not allow me to do that either.
