Aussie protein powder

So where can i buy protein powder other then online ? i live in brisbane australia and have no clue. i just wana find out whats good and whats bad and dont wana just rush and buy some **** stuff
 
Hey Mate,

I get mine from GNC which is a health food store. There are heaps around so you should be able to find one. Prices are pretty reasonable too. I just use their own branded stuff which seems to be doing the trick for me.

It's just the GNC branded 100% whey Protein. It comes in a few different sizes and flavours. I go for the chocolate.
 
good thing is that the gnc shop is right near where i work which is macas so im gona go pick some up after my next shift.....oh and no i dont ever eat macas lol
 
Definitely dude........100% for sure. Just their standard product is fine.

Give it a go and see how it works for you. But remember, it is better to get your source of protein through natural foods (eggs, chicken etc..) and this is just to supplement what you can't get through food.
