I'm making these friday weigh ins so there will be 4 total weigh ins (excluding the starting weight) but please feel free to change the dates if you already have a set weigh in date :)

My goal is to lose 10 pounds this month and go from 152.6 to 142.6! I'll be happy with 8 lbs though since that is 2lbs per week.

AMy goal for this month is to go from 13 stone 4, to 12 stone 10 :) And lose 8 pounds. I would be over the moon (and rainbow!) if I managed 11 pounds though.

1st- 186

8th- 185-[COLOR=FF00AA] I am hoping that this is because of water retention after a tough workout yesterday. I have eaten really healthily and gone to the gym every day. Next week I won't do any strength training 2 days before weigh in. I feel slimmer! Its NOT FAIIIIIRRRRRR!! [/COLOR]

15th- 184 [COLOR=FF00AA]SO SLOOOOOOOOOWWWWWW!!!!! Next week has to be better.[/COLOR]

23rd- 183 [COLOR=FF00AA]but fine with it.... A pound a week is fine, a pound a week will get me to my goal. I am not eating magificently anyway. [/COLOR]

Thought I'd start doing this again. Before when I was doing them every month I lost over 30 lbs. Now I have gained back thirty but I have lost ten already. My goal for this month is to lose 15-20. I know its a long shot but still going for it.

Going for Sunday weigh-ins as that makes me behave a bit better at the weekend, but, yep, defo count me in!
The 'all you can eat inclusive' holiday surprisingly didn't make me gain..but all the alcohol, take-aways and yummy food (indian, chinese, kebabs, cakes, pizzas.. you name it, I scoffed it!) i had back in England with my friends and family sure did! Luckily, I've only suffered a 3lb 'hiccup'. Could've been a lot worse!
So, that's my goal for August!

Hello Everyone!


So...last month i lost 2.5kg vs my goal 6kg :s yeah very far i know BUT i still have high hopes and willing to take the challenge even further -6kg hopefully this month i think i will add exercise to my dieting (if i can call this a diet since most of the time i was back to my normal eating habits) anywaaaaays let's focus on this month's goal i think i will have a less ambitious goal let's say -5kg so for August:

I'm trying really hard to get down for my October goal, so pushing really hard this month, hoping to get through 180lbs, been a bit of a plateu for the last week and a half, expecting it to break any day now.

With my two week vacation starting tomorrow I'm going to go a bit easy on myself this month. Shooting for a 5lb loss. I do much better with short term goals and wish you all a healthy month!
 
I am in. I am travelling this month, so I wont be able to work out at all. I will try to put in 30 mins of yoga everyday and a few stretching exercises. My main focus this month is diet.


1 Aug - 132 lbs

1st Sep- 128 lbs (hopefully)

august 24:starting to finally lose some after putting on five pounds after vacation...ugh. Hoping to break into 240's atleast by end of month.



august 31: not bad got close to my goal. I'll do better next month no vacations and going to work out more.
