well, here I am 28 years old, 3 children, and awesome husband and about 43lbs overweight! I have been doing low carb for the last 4 weeks and have dropped 12 lbs but it doesn't seem to show! I'm in a size 14-16 and would like to be in a 8 but would be happy in a 10 and weighing about 145-150. I had a baby on the 5th of July and would like to at least be at 150 by her birthday! I work from 9-6 everyday and come home cook, clean ad do laundry...take care of a baby and one of my boys is autistic! I don't have much time to go to the gym so I really need something inexpensive that I can do at home and wouldn't take tiume away from my family....any suggestions would help! Thanks for all the support I know I'm going to get!!
