with BSN's history of crappy supplements and over-pricing them, I'd skip this one. If you want a fat burner based on 7-keto, I'd go with Nitor from
 
I used this stuff for about 6 months and my final say was NO! Like Maklore said, it is way to over priced. Also when i was taking it every time i lifted i got a massive headache and had to take a rest and it never went away. Ever sense iv been off it i can lift super heavy and have a clear head. So, there arn't really a lot of positives except it does give u energy.
