i went to this athletics club today for the first time and we did 8x400metres with i think 3mins rest between. This was the endurance session. i hadnt been on a track before so it was a good experience, though i was pretty slow i got better in the later runs. My question is 8x400 any good for endurance or is it mainly for speed endurance/anaerobic threshold?
