i can use the atkins diet for fat lose in my cutting phase?,

This is a diet that i can`t go to the gym..., just eat protein 24/7 during 2 weeks , lost 22 pounds in 3 weeks...

This is great because in the body when no carb is found in food, the energy of the body, it starts taking carbs from the reserves that is the "chubby" part acumulated in all the body... so it burns alot... but i can`t make any exercice during that time only running, cycling, and swimming

I have no clue what this post is about. The 'chubby' part of the body is fat, not glycogen (or as you call it, 'carbs'). I'm not a big fan of the atkins, it's not healthy. Although you can lose weight, you're very likely to gain it back, raise cholesterol, and miss out on many vitamins and minerals. Everyone wants results NOW though, so they put health second, and weight loss first. Congrats on losing the weight, but maybe consider switching to just a healthy type diet.

ohh ok, but you think i can use that diet to lower my body fat? and not loossing muscle, in the diet they said that you can`t uses any type of machines or dumbells the only sports allowed are running, cycling, and swimming, why you can`t uses machines and dumbells in this diet?

Reason being is because carbs are your source of energy, so if you are doing high strain workouts your muscles wont have the energy to push through the sets or the glycogen to repair afterwords. all you will do is break down muscle and loose it. The atkins diet you loose fat and muscle. in the very beginning before your body knows whats going on you may loose a few lb of fat first but the muscle will follow shortly after. I would say clean up your diet and stick with working out. you will build a better healthier you and have a bigger feeling of acomplishment with your results. and you will have energy to spare you wont feel like crap all the time like the atkins will do to you. Just try not to eat so much carbs later in the day, thats when they get stored as fat anyways. during the day when you are active your muscles will brun up all the carbs for energy. make sure you eat good carbs too like wheat instead of white!!!!!!!

yeah atkins is no good not to be funny or anything but didn't the guy who created that system trip over his own feet and die..... his diet is probably what did it

I don't like the fact you lost 22 lbs in 3 weeks, that's way too much. I don't like the atkins diet, I think it's a really bad, dangerous fad. I stick to the Abs diet, which is really just common sense eating, all they do is point you in the right direction. Give it a read my friend, it's really worth it.

Are you referring to the Abs diet written by the Mens Health journalist. I have given that a go and it seems good. My only question is if it is still common sense if I start to try and gain weight. Can I stick to the same diet but increase my portions??

- if you are looking for a good program all around try this No I am not affiliated with the program other then I have purchased the program.

yeah when i finished this diet i felt that my muscles go away, also a exagerated fat goes away... but a lot i lost 10% i was 22% now i`m 12% in my cutting phase i will just eat very low carbs... thanks... oohh i will use the diet fuel of twinlab... to estimulate the use fat as energy...
